The Foothills Safari Camp
 Each Tent Cabin is custom designed and fitted with two twin beds, fresh linens,
a private bath, ceiling fans, and central heat and air. Please bring a flashlight! You can
relax on your own small patio, stroll over to the guest pavillion, gather at
the bar or trade the day’s stories over a roaring campfire. Safari Camp
overlooks one of Fossil Rim’s most popular wildlife watering holes where
an ever changing variety of animals, from elegant sandhill cranes to families
of waterbuck, can be viewed.
The Lodge
 The
lodge was the original “ranch house” for the property and, with a
few modifications, now serves as a Bed and Breakfast. A cathedral style living
room with a massive stone fireplace and walls of glass opens onto a stone veranda
overlooking a popular wildlife feeding area. Herds of Arabian oryx and desert
addax can often be seen making their daily migration from pasture to pasture
and you’ll get an up close look at the resident deer and wild turkey. A
shaded, natural spring fed swimming hole provides a tranquil daytime retreat
for swimming, reading or simply relaxing.
The Peregrine Room—Located on the third floor of the Lodge this is our most secluded room. It features a king bed, fireplace, and large private bath with Jacuzzi and separate shower.
The Parrot Room—Located on the main floor of the Lodge. Featuring a king bed, private bath with Jacuzzi and private patio.
The Attwater Room—Located on the main floor of the Lodge. Featuring a king bed, private bath and private patio.
The Egret Room—located on the first floor of the
Lodge. Features two full beds, shared bath and outside deck.
The Hummingbird Room—Located on the first floor of
the Lodge. Features two full beds, shared bath and outside deck. The
Egret and Hummingbird Rooms have a shared bath and connecting outside deck
making them ideal for families requiring two rooms.
